Sims 3 - Packs missing from EA app

I recently downloaded the sims 3 for my new computer, and it only shows me owning three dlcs + base game despite me owning a large amount (all of which were activated on sims3) is there a way to get them re-registered or am I now confined to only ever playing all my dlcs on my old pc?? It's quite the amount of money so there's no way I'm rebuying all these packs

Hey there @Kathekatt

If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details.

I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. No solution at my end. I'm still waiting on EA Help to even respond.
They did respond to the PayPal payment dispute however - 2 weeks after PayPal gave me my refund for lack of response from the seller 🤷‍♂️

its clear you didnt read my post. all the addons are fine its the content i bought years ago that is not showing up that i purchased it in fact no purchases are showing even the 12 packs i purchased. again this is on your end not mine. and i only have 1 login since 2009 so i guess the things i purchased like the bistro are now lost. and again my order history shows nothing no purchases ever. yet i have sims medievial and sims 3 addons in my ea app i have no small itsms i purchased over the years with sim points
Nevermind you people just scan over posts you don read them you just lost another 20 year customer

spikepa1 If your order history is not showing any previous purchases, that's an indicator that those purchases are registered with a different EA account. Please contact live support so they can verify where your content is located and help you get logged back in properly to access your content again.

Hello,
I have recently downloaded the Sims 3 again on my computer from at least 15 years ago. I downloaded the EA app and I am missing my Sims 3 Ambitions expansion pack. I entered the redeem code (since I have the CD Rom game) on the app and it says it was already used but I only remember having one EA account from years ago. All of my games were always originals and never purchased used. What can I do to get my redeem code to work so I can add it on?
