MissJag93 That's strange, I have two, one from the last time I launched the game on this Mac, and I didn't sign in (other than to the EA App of course). Have you selected Local Items in the left panel of Keychain Access, and All Items at the top? Please double-check.
It's also worth deleting the file labeled [your email].bin in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads.
I've checked, still no improvement.
