@cupcakesweetie11 Your card is not really powerful enough to run TS3 smoothly; I don't know anything about Medieval, so I'll leave that to someone else (perhaps in the "other sims games" category). For TS3 at least, you can try lowering your graphics settings and keeping down the number of items on your lots. But even the best graphics cards will stutter a bit when the camera moves, especailly at high speeds. It's just the way the game was put together. I'm not sure there's a real solution here.
One thing you can always try before a complete reinstall is making a clean folder. If you remove your existing TS3 folder from Documents, a new one will spawn the next time you launch the game. You can then move your saves and other content into it from the old folder. This will get rid of some potentially corrupted files, as well as clear your cache files, if you don't already do so regularly.
But the way, I'm not familiar with cc, but some creators will upload different versions of items (especially hairs) for high- and low-end systems. I imagine that high-poly-count hairs would be much harder for your graphics card to handle.
