Sims 3 64 bit & Metal - CAN'T DOWNLOAD STORE CONTENT / CAN'T LOG INTO EA ACCOU
I am unable to download any of my Store Content. I think this is due in part to the Launcher not allowing me to log in with my EA credentials. It keeps saying I do not have a linked account. When I do enter my email address and password the box just goes blank (please see the screenshot). So I am not sure if it connected or not. When I enter the game I am not logged in either. I enter my email address and password again and this time it takes me to a New Registration screen. From there I log in successful, however it does not keep me logged in. If I navigate from that page I am logged out. Since I cannot log into the Sims 3 Community I am not able to log into Facebook either. I am not not sure if this is why I am getting the following error message "There is an error Downloading Content OFB-SIMS3:**** (please see screenshot). Its a shame that this is not working. It just seems like it is one problem after another. Support is no help they have no clue about these issues. I am a Mac user and I have been waiting for the ability to play Sims 3 again, yet it feels as if I have been given false hope. At least I can say I have the download, yet I have nothing else that was promised with this release. Some of these issue should have been stress tested more. I have several hundred dollars if not more tied into my Store Content and I would like to access those items. I am not able to play the games as I purchased several Worlds as well I have no access to.
