Sims 3 64-bit crashing every 15 minutes

I'm playing the Sims 3 64-bit on an early 2015 MacBook pro. I wasn't having grave problems until last week where my sims game began crashing around 15 minutes after loading my game. The expansions I currently have are Ambitions, Late Night, High-End Loft Stuff, Pets, Seasons, Generations and Supernatural. I have a few worlds from the Sims 3 store. I've tried repairing my game on origin but nothing seems to have changed. I'm also making use of the NRAAS Overwatch and Error Trap mods. Hope to get some help, because this is rendering my game unplayable :/

@amymar17 There's still a possibility that whatever causes problems with the Pets pack can be fixed, or at least worked around enough to make it playable. If you're up for testing, it's possible we can figure something out. But it's also entirely possible that there is no workaround, at least none that can be implemented on the players' end, and that the only possible improvement would be from a potential game patch.

This is also complicated by the fact that I don't have an affected Mac to test with. My laptop has a dedicated graphics card, as does the iMac I can "borrow" on occasion. I don't want to put the burden of testing on you, and you're certainly not responsible for pursuing any of this, but if you'd like to experiment, I can keep making suggestions.

All of this is moot though if you play a new save without Pets and it crashes. So regardless of what direction you'd like to go, that's the place to start. Reinstalling a pack is easy too, so you're not losing anything except the few minutes it would take to redownload.

Thank you for your patience with my problems. I have u installed pets and currently testing out the game with a new save. For now I haven't experienced any crashes so it seems that it might have been the Pets expansion :/.
