Sims 3 64 bit not showing in Library on EA App

Olivekee  Then I'd suggest going back to EA customer support and asking them to remove the base game from your account and add it back, just in case there's something wrong with your current copy.

As for contacting support, try using the EA Help site in a private browser window, without signing in.  Choose the "can't login" option, and you should be able to start a chat.
