sims 3 64-bit version

Ive had the sims 3 for a long time. I have been able to play it on my Mac before, but suddenly I couldnt. It says I have the 32-bit version and my Mac dosent run on that. I have masOS Sequoia 15.5.1 and I need the 64-bit. I have been trying to contact ea support but never gotten an answer. is there someone who can change that?

CharlieBarlie06 Are you saying that you had Sims 3 installed, and suddenly it wouldn't open? Or did you try to reinstall the game and somehow got the 32-bit version this time? And are you specifically getting the "developer needs to update the software" error that happens with 32-bit apps?
