sims 3 account and steam account

Okay so i had finally got a sims 3 account but a * up happened and i connected it to my steam account and i cant login now and i dont know qhat wouls be my email username or password does anyone how or what i could do to fix this?

@lightbulb314 I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Are your EA and Steam accounts connected, or something else? Where can you not login, and what account credentials (Steam or EA) are you using when you try?
