sims 3 and .net framework 3.5
aye, so I bought and downloaded the sims 3 and when i tried to install it, it told me my internet connection was messed up. I knew it wasnt because I was going on the internet on my phone and going o...
If you have another game like Spore that requires a newer .NET framework, it may be because you already have a newer version and it can't installl. I'm not sure how to fix this.
@LudwigVonPhoenix This depends on which version of Windows you are using, Windows 7 you have the go to Microsoft and download .net framework and install to work. Google it and that should take you right there - google is your friend. If you are using Windows 8.1 you should have upgraded when Microsoft was giving free upgrades away (that was nice of Bill Gates). Windows 10 you need to enabled .net framework in the control panel - three or four clicks and a restart. Microsoft is calling Windows 10 a service. You should not have updates turned off for any Windows - especially Windows 10. Just like the runtime modules for Microsoft c++ - your program may need a certain version so just start with the year the game was released and work up. Installing the latest version should work (backwards compatibility) but in computing should probably means probably. Install .net framework 3.5 and 4.7 and it should work - these are available in Windows 10 control panel.
