Sims 3 and Sims 3 Ambitions will not run - Serial Limit reached

Hello. I've been through the live chat on Origin with 2 different advisors now.

I bought Sims 3 in June (Via Origin Bundle that I donated to) and set it all up and it worked fine, Bought (£14:99) and Installed Ambitions today asked for a product code (No idea why considering the game shouldn't of asked for a serial code) I copied and pasted the serial from Sims 3 and it installed Ambitions once it installed it said the product code was wrong, I copied and pasted the code again and still didn't work then the advisor told me to use this product code (DXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - Blocked out for security reasons) and now I get a message Product licence limit reached please contact EA for assistance. I have followed the advisors help and completely uninstalled Sims 3 and Ambitions expansion pack (Via the Add/remove programs) I have completely unistalled game folders (Via manual uninstall) cleared and deleted registery keys and completely cleared the Installer cache within Origin.

I've then reinstalled BOTH Sims 3 and Ambitions. I have updated Both games (Via the Sims 3 game launcher) and click Sims 3 Ambitions Play and then play on the Game Launcher.

Yet I still get Product Licence limit reached.

The advisor opened up more tries on the serial I have set for Ambitions however it still will not work. Neither Sims 3 or Ambitions will now play due to this message, Any advise? This is the last port of call if this doesn't work then How do I go about getting a refund on Sims 3 Ambitions? I know I cannot get a refund on Sims 3 as I donated to Origin bundle.
