This may be an issue with your video driver - I doubt it has to do with the video card itself. Do you have a "Windows Experience Index" assessment? It will give you insight into the performance of your "Graphics" and "Gaming "Graphics" performance. You can find this under "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools". Could you rate or rerate your computer and note your graphic numbers?
