Game crashes while launching

Hello! Usually I'm able to solve my issues with the game with previous posts on here, but the solutions I've seen haven't worked.

When launching the game through the EA app the welcome screen is blank and launching game causes it to crash.

Not sure if relevant but my last time playing I got an error code 16 which forced me to save as. 

I'm also unable to download any store content. 

So far I've repaired game through EA app, cleared EA app's cache, cleared history/cache/cookies on Microsoft Edge, removed my downloads folder, made sure my computer was completely updated, and restarted it but have had no luck.
