Do you have seasons ep? A lot of people are experiencing freeze/crashing since the release of seasons and the patch. My game worked fine until I installed Seasons. It crashes while in build/buy mode, while in CAS, while "sim" play.....EA is aware that there's a major glitch and the "Gurus" are monitoring the issue. Check this thread and see if any of the work-arounds are any use to you...Unfortunately it didn't help me. It's definitely a game/patch issue! We just have to be patient until another patch/fix is released to the public....
