sims 3 can't load a saved game or missing Expansion packs

mayorose21  Do your expansion packs show in the Sims 3 launcher's Expansions & Stuff Packs tab?  If so, check the boxes next to them, or uncheck and re-check them, and see whether the EPs now load.

If any of your packs do NOT show in the launcher, but they DO show in the EA App, under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons, please list the affected packs.

yeah when i click on the The loading screen it comes up in the game but when you hit play to play in one of the towns it comes up and says there's a serious problem and the guy that helped me ended up taking a waste of my games which are now not in neither EA's app nor The Sims 3 game I have pictures showing that I had the games before he helped me they were already installed on my computer and now they're not so I don't know what I can do about getting them back I'm going to contact EA and see if they can help me but I don't know if they'll be able to

mayorose21  Are you saying that the EA App no longer shows some of your expansion and stuff packs as owned?  Or are they showing as owned but not loading in the launcher?  Either way, let me know which packs are missing.  If the problem is something else, please describe it.

You can try fixing it before addressing any account issue, as these are independent.  The suggestions in the first post should help, the new admin Windows account if nothing else.

Yes, I'm saying that my EA account is actually saying that the games are not that they're just not my computer but the games are no longer on the account. Somehow the guy deleted them from my account completely And I talked to him yesterday and he said his hands are tied. He can't do anything about it. Because he can't see that they were on my account to begin with, even though I Told him they were on my account and I have screenshots to prove it.

And before you ask no I have absolutely no proof I bought these because I bought All on  CDS Back in Two thousand fourteen two thousand fifteen area Before you needed a meeted an original account.So I have no receipts I have No CD's and no proof on origin that or e.A that they are mine

Thanks, it sounds like this pack was removed from your account - this isn't something we can check on over AHQ as we don't have access to your account information, but live support can check your entitlements for these DLCs and see what's happened.
