If you're seeing this error when trying to redeem your codes, that does sound like these codes were originally redeemed to a different EA account instead.
You'll want to get back in contact with the live support team and provide your codes there so the team can locate this other account for you and explore some options- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account details to take a look.
