I bought The Sims 3 Pets and The Sims 3 World Adventures on CD-disc a few years ago. Have been playing it on previous computers. I now have a proper Origin account where I want to gather all my sims games. Problem is when I try to enter my game key it tells me it's already been used. Is there a way to fix this? I don't feel like buying the games over and over....
Side info: Yes, I have had a previous Origin account, I logged in to it to see if my games were active there but they weren't in the library there either..
No, I don't have a cd-rom on my current computer, so I can't just pop in the discs.
- 6 years ago@malexxa I'm having a similar problem. A few years ago, on the same origin account, I had a few sims 3 expansions (some on CD and others downloaded). I recently redownloaded the sims 3 and only the origin-downloaded expansions registered. I've tried registering the code but it says its already been registered.

@malexxa and @SingItgirl You'll need to contact EA customer support to sort this out. While phone calls are unavailable due to the current situation, live chat is open from 9 am to midnight GMT, Monday through Saturday. It would help if you could provide proof of purchase or ownership: for example, for each missing pack, a photo of the disc, case, and insert showing the code printed on the back. You can upload photos directly to a live chat session.
