Hi
So I have this annoying problem with the sims 3 game codes. I wanted to play them on my new device, and because it was like 100 years ago I last played, I don't remember on which origin account the games are registered on. Don't remember the email, password or my username, but all my games are registered there, and therefore I cannot redeem the codes on my new account.
Is there anything I could possibly do to get my games back? Btw: I still have all the game CD´s.
@simmerr6666 You could try contacting EA customer support to ask for help in figuring out what account your packs belong to. Support isn't just going to give out that information, but they might be able to provide a hint.

You could also enter any email address you remember into Origin's login window and click "Forgot your password?" Any address associated with an Origin account will receive a password recovery email.
Or, if your base game disc was manufactured before September 2012, you could install entirely via disc, with no Origin involvement. The newer base game discs require Origin to be present and managing the install, but not the older ones. You can see the year a disc was made by checking the copyright date on the back of the disc, in the fine print. If you'd like instructions on doing an all-disc install, let me know.

Thank you for your answer!
I read that the EA support is not available right now, probably because the coronavirus or something..
I could install every game manually, but I have a new PC so I don't have the disc reader, or any disc reader with USB cabel
I´ve also tried to think of any possible email, but with no success. I also tried to think of any possible username of that previous account, but that also didn't work.
Now the only help I see I can get is from EA, possibly.

@simmerr6666 External disc drives are cheap (maybe $20-30 U.S.), or you could possibly borrow one from a friend. But I agree, it's not the most convenient solution.
EA support is supposed to be open from 9 am to midnight GMT, Monday through Saturday. However, in the last few days, there have been reports of the support site being down or not offering any contact options at all. I'm not sure what's going on with that, but it should be addressed soon.
In the interim, you could try contacting support through Facebook or Twitter, if you have either. Depending on the issue, support can be more responsive this way than the "traditional" method.
