Hello,
I bought the seasons expansion when it first came out (brand new) and I still have the disc and code for it. I've already added all my other expansions a few years ago (except pets because I have no idea where it is ☹️ ) When I put the code in it says it is for the seasons expansion but then says the code has already been used. I have no other accounts the game could be on. My sister does have an EA account but she already checked it and doesn't have it on there. So I'm presuming that someone, somehow has used my code. Is there anything that can be done at all? As I said I still have the box with disc and leaflet in there. The game is not used as I bought it basically as soon as the game came out from a store. I tried to contact support about it and attatched a picture of the disc, box and code, but the person I was speaking to didn't seem to understand and could barely string a sentence together in English. They just kept saying that I must have forgotten my email for another account and that I should come back when I remember it.
@sarahd094 Is it possible you registered Seasons on the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com )? If so, that's why the code is reading as used: the old site and Origin share information. You could have that account merged with your current one; that's probably what the support rep was trying to say.
If you really have no idea what email you might have used to register the pack, you can enter any address you have into Origin's sign in window, or the one on the Sims 3 site, and click "Forgot your password?" Any address attached to an account should receive a password recovery email.
You can also try another EA support rep—some of them are better than others. If live chat isn't being helpful, you can access EA help through Facebook or Twitter instead.

Thanks for the reply. I've already checked the sims3 website and my accounts are linked already. I did have a really old email that I no longer use (10+ years ago) and I've checked that as well on both origin and the sims 3 website and it wasn't even registered so its definately not that one either. I'm 100% convinced that somehow the code has been registered by someone else because I added all the expansion packs at the same time and I'm pretty sure it came up as already used back then too, but I don't think I was that bothered about the pack at the time.
I'll try facebook/twitter instead as you suggested. Thanks for the suggestions and taking the time to reply
