sims 3 code for exchange not working
Trying to use sims 3 exchange, and my product code keeps showing " The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit."

@shepdog2005 Is Sims 3 registered on your EA account? If so, you shouldn't need a code to use the Store or Exchange. Just sign in with the same email and password you use to access other EA sites, and you should have full access.
If this isn't the case, please let me know whether Sims 3 shows up in your game library, as well as where this code came from, for example from Steam or a third-party vendor.
