Sims 3 Collector's Edition: European Sports Car

            Hello,
     I bought the Sims 3 Collector's Edition for the sports car (I'm a car-guy), and the only thing is that I registered it on my OLD account. I have a NEW account now... Now that I have registered the game, it says that I can't get the car because I already used the code. I was with 2 people on Live Chat trying to resolve this and it was time wasted.
     Can someone help me get that car on my NEW account? I can't even get into my OLD account to look at my purchase history becuase I can't get passed the Origin thing! If no one can help me with that, can I get the number to EA Support so I can request a new code?

     This is bologna, a code like that should be able to be deactivated and reused just like the hard disk.
