Sims 3 collector's edition pre-order code

I met the problem when trying to redeem the sims 3 collector's edition pre-order code.

It is a special code because it cannot be redeemed in EA app or Origin or any other way, it can only be redeemed at sims3 preorder page,

The page website: https://www.thesims3.com/preorder

But the code system for this page seems already down because many years past.

Any code input in this page will show error whatever the code is correct or wrong.

I tried chat with EA advisor online, while they also cannot help me with that and asked me to submitted at Answer HQ.

Anyone can help that?

    Hey, did you ever figure this out? Currently having the same issue with my own code. Unused, sealed, but the code can’t be redeemed on the page.

    @EA_Solaire From retail store, inside the sims 3 collector edition box. The code has no problem, I have chatted with EA help and confirmed that the code is unused. While the code can only redeemed at that specific page and that page cannot do that.

    @roberta591 Thank you, but this pre-order is blue muscle vintage car, not the yellow European car.

    @3698648   I think this is what your looking for - try this link - Fandango SE    Most (if not all) of the special Sims 3 items are available. You just have to find them.. The download works as I just tried it.
