I recently downloaded Sims 3 through the EA app, and I am unable to log into the "My Community" for Sims 3 to link with the EA app. I can access the game but I can only play without logging in and I would like to login so I can download custom content.
Can someone please help? I am also given an error code when I try to select "Create an account"

@Kourt830 Please try store.thesims3.com instead, and now. I could login just fine a minute ago, and I saw at least one other post about the site being uncooperative earlier today.
You shouldn't need to create an account. Just login with the email address and password you use in the EA App.
@Kourt830 I'll flag your posts, but in the interim, please try at least two different browsers, in incognito mode, to confirm that this is an issue on the EA side and not yours. Firefox generally works well with the site, so if it's not working for you, then that's a good indicator of an account issue.
You can also try signing in while you have an active EA sign in in the same browser window. For example, if I clicked the Login button now, in this window, I'd be signed in without needing to enter my credentials.
