Why can't I download The Sims 3 on my Xbox 360 console?

I want to add in Sims 3 for ps3 in my account but it keeps asking for a freaking long serial code that I can't seem to find anywhere on the cast. Where is it??

Did you buy the game new ? Is there no paper that has a code on it inside the box ? Or did you buy it as download ?

Why does the xbox version of this game have so many problems and why doesnt EA games fix them?

Fire meter for one is a really bad feature. Especially for the Goth Manor which cant even be fully furnished because of the meter. Why does EA do nothing to improve games it released. 

Honestly I dont even think this game has had an update since its release.
