Your graphics chip is below minimum requirements but I don't think it should crash so fast. Everything else look fine.
Did you try lowering the graphics settings and turning off mirror reflections ?
Yes I have tried that, but it didn't help. I have even tried to reinstall the game.
At first, when I played the game, I got an error message from Windows that my computors memory is to low and short after that the game crashed. After doing some googling I change the virtual memory size in Windows. Now I don't get the error message about the low memory anymore but the game keeps crashing: "Sims 3 has stopped working".
I don't understand whats wrong. This is a brand new computer and should have all the better graphics and prestanda than my old computer. Even if the game was a little slow on my old computer it did work!
I can also add that I have the opportunity to choose if I want to run the game with NVIDIA or integrated graphics, but it doesn't matter what I choose. The game still crashes after a few minutes of gameplay. ☹️
