Sims 3 Crashes!

I have never had problems with Sims 3 in the past, but after i got Movie Stuff, it crashes after i click play in the game launcher. The game launcher's welcome page is also blank, and if i log out on...

    So one more suggestion: Try re-patching your game. Reapply the super patch, doesn't matter if it tells you already have it. Just say yes.

Current version is 1.67.2.024017      so i don't need to use the super patch right?

    No your on the correct patch. Do you know what kind of video card you have?Can you please run a DxDiag and your computer. Windows Key + R Key will open your run box, type dxdiag, hit ok and save a copy to desktop. Post the whole report here. This will take several posts. TY
