Sims 3 Crashing when Adding new Household

Hello! 

I am having trouble with my sims 3 crashing. 

Everytime I try and place a family in a lot it processes and then crashes immediately. There is no pop up on screen it just crashes to the desktop. 

It happens in my save that i already have and in new saves i try to create.

I have no CC. I have a few Nraas Mods that are made for fixing the game. I tried to do it with none of the mods installed and it still crashed.

i haven’t seen much online surrounding this issue so i was wondering if anyone could help me here.
