Sims 3 Create an Account - Sign Up!

I have looked at the similar questions and done as instructed but still when I click "SIGN UP!" It simply refreshes the page and doesn't let me sign up.  All required fields are filled in.  It doesn't tell me there is anything wrong but it won't allow me to move on.

    try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser if your using chrome swith to IE or firefox  also make sure nothing is blocking the connection  firewall/antivirus to thesims3.com
