sims 3 dashboard freezes when downloading
i have spent a fortune on stuff to down load but eveytime i open the downloads dashboard it freezes while downloading which means i have to close the game down. but i have to bring up task manager ...

Did you try downloading through the website instead ? Just close the game, open the launcher, go to your purchase History: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html and start downloading.
