Sims 3 doesn't work on 13th Gen Intel Core

Question

Sims 3 Launcher not working on&nbsp;13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900HX. I own it on Steam. The launcher opens, says there's a problem and to check the logs. When I check the logs, they're empty. I've tried installing and re-installing multiple times, I've tried the powershell scripts. I am lost at this point. Any ideas?

If not, that's the place to start since you have an affected processor.&nbsp; If that doesn't or didn't help, please post a screenshot of the error message.&nbsp; Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.
