Sims 3 downloads

I brought and installed the sims 3 expansion packs, into the future, island paradise and season. All are instaled but none are included in my game, what do I do to get them in my game?

For the installation, we have a guide here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/the-sims-3-expansion-pack-guide/

But as you said that you already have it all installed, you should be able to find it in your game. You can either try starting a new one, or adding the items and extras included in your existing one. They should be available in the menu.
