I bought the disc the Sims 3 Dragon Valley from Target and I cant seem to download the world. It takes me through the installation process, then opens up the Sims 3 Launcher where I have to enter the 16 digit code, then click the "i have read the terms and agreement". Below hat it says redeem, but the button is gray and wont let me click on it no matter what I try. Help!

Lost/broken DVD but still have the serial code:
With your serial code, you are eligible for the download version of your game. You can download it through Origin and redeem your code. Instructions on how to do this can be found here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/redeem-your-serial-code-in-origin/ Make sure to uninstall the DVD version and install the download version instead.
Finding the code on Origin:
If you registered the game or bought it on Origin, the serial code can be found in the myGames tab on the Origin client. Download the client from here http://origin.com/download, log in with your data and go to the MyGames tab. Hover over the game and find the "i". The product code listed there is your serial number (it can be different from your original one if the game was bought before Origin came out)
No access to the serial code:
If you lost your serial code and don't have the game installed on an old computer, you need to contact Customer Support. They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us - If you registered your game to your account, it should be easy to get the code. 2- Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
3- Select a topic for the best results.
4- If your topic isn’t listed, Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us
5- Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
6- Select live chat or call me to request a call back.
Make sure you have the phone near you if you selected call me and have the device you are having the issue on near you also.

worlds if bought in orign or on a disk are redeemed on your the sims 3 account downloaded and intalled from there
if you redemed the code in your orign account that may make the code invalid contact CS to assist with that
The disc installation process skips over instead of installing
Not sure what's up with that but try to redeem your code in the store and download from your purchase history instead
If you bought the world through the Origin Store, you'll be sent a code which you need to redeem at thesims3.com (NOT on Origin or your code becomes invalid).
