Same thing happened to me - I bought my code through GameStop today but I'm getting a message saying the code has already been redeemed. Dragon Valley is not in my purchase history and it's not available as a world for me to play, so it looks as if I didn't buy it - but I'm out $20 and I have the confirmation emails to prove I did. I doubt GameStop will refund me for this, so this needs to get fixed.

Same with me, bought it at EB Games today and it doesn't show as a playable world, the content says it's installed but prompts me to switch to a different expansion disk to play the game, the code says it's not valid, and I'm out 20 bucks.

@ quietcanadian dragon valley is a world and shoud be in the +new game to start playing with the world, your game runs from whatever game disk or game download you installed last

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

I have this issue with my new game however this isn't a purchase online I got the disc version for the PC I am at a loss to play this EP unless there is a way to solve that issue. 😕mileyfrustrated:
