Sims 3 expansion packs missing from launcher

Can you tell me specifically which packs have gone missing from your launcher?

    Hi! 

    I am missing World Adventures, University Life, Supernatural, Showtime, Late Night, and Generations.

    I am also missing the High End Loft Stuff Pack and Roaring Heights Stuff Pack.

      Could you please check your account again now and let me know if your packs are showing in your launcher available to download?

      Roaring Heights wouldn't be transferred over with an account merge, as any in-game bought or store content from The Sims 3 website isn't able to be transferred to new accounts.

        Are you sure you cant retrieve roaring heights for me? I bought it off of the EA launcher, not the Sims 3 website.
