Hi!
I am missing World Adventures, University Life, Supernatural, Showtime, Late Night, and Generations.
I am also missing the High End Loft Stuff Pack and Roaring Heights Stuff Pack.

Roaring Heights wouldn't be transferred over with an account merge, as any in-game bought or store content from The Sims 3 website isn't able to be transferred to new accounts.

Are you sure you cant retrieve roaring heights for me? I bought it off of the EA launcher, not the Sims 3 website.
Also, I bought Roaring Heights AFTER the account merge. It's just not showing up in the launcher.
