Roaring Heights wouldn't be transferred over with an account merge, as any in-game bought or store content from The Sims 3 website isn't able to be transferred to new accounts.

Are you sure you cant retrieve roaring heights for me? I bought it off of the EA launcher, not the Sims 3 website.
Also, I bought Roaring Heights AFTER the account merge. It's just not showing up in the launcher.

Yes, I have. I tried to register the game on the Sims 3 website, but it said the code was already used. It is showing that is downloaded on EA as "add on content", but there is no indication in the launcher or game that the content actually downloaded.
