Sims 3 "Forgot Password"

It's not random.  Sims 3 accounts are linked to Origin.  The email/password you use on Origin are the same for the Sims 3 and vice-versa. Only EA can handle account issues like lost registration codes, recovering passwords, purchasing/refunds, etc. Here is a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

I tried using that website but the little box where you type in the letters you see isn't there. It wouldn't let me go on with out. I've refreshed it and it still doesn't work. Why won't it work? 😕mileyindifferent:

What letters ? Your password ? What site are you talking about ? Have you tried a different browser ?
