Are you on Mac or PC?
If PC can you please post your computer's DxDiag so someone can help you further. To gather a DxDiag on your computer windows key + R Key. In the run box type dxdiag, hit ok and save a copy to desktop. Please post the whole report here. This will take several posts. TY
