Any Pangu's axes in your house ? Are you trying to move with or without furniture ? Have you tried moving them via edit town to see if that works.
Work on a backup of your game.
No axes, with furniture. I'll try the edit town. Backup?
Make a copy of the game and try stuff with that and not the original version in case something goes bad.
Try moving without taking the furniture to see if that works. If it does, put all stuff you want to take with you in the family inventory and then move without the furniture.
