Anyone at EA know what's going on with the sims 3 exchange? It's been stuck on this screen for longer this time since the first time it happen. This is the second time it's happened and now it been like this for longer and there is no communication. People have been trying to buy worlds from the ea app and but might need the site online to activate it and only have 2 hours to do so. Hopefully we can get a answer on this problem. Here's the pic. Yes, yesterday the store was down for a day(?). Down for maintenance, it said. The store sometimes looked empty with just that image or like the image (see in this message below).
The store went back up last (mid)night, but I still waited until the next day (+12 hours later). I also live in a different time zone.
I was just able to redeem the 3 codes through the store and download them. But the store doesn't seem to be working well yet:
• SimPoints that you still have are not displayed. (Are gone???)
• Unlocking items cannot be downloaded.*
(*Example: Sometimes when you buy a world + location like Dragon Valley and The Duke of Bows Renaissance Faire Venue, you can unlock the black dragon) But... I can't. It cannot be downloaded. (Menu -> Store -> Store Content -> Premium material -> Magic -> there you will find the black dragon.)
Hope someone from EA can explain and the store issues/problems can soon be solved. :)
