Sims 3 Game will not start

So I have been playing Sims 3 for about 2-3 weeks, no problems. I bought a 3 in 1 Sims package at a store. It includes the Sims 3 game, Late Night expansion pack, and High Loft Stuff expansion pack. ...

    Many people with your cpu have the same issue: They can play the base game but not any expansions.

    The minimum requirements need at least a 2.4 ghz CPU or equivalent. You only have a AMD 1.0 ghz which is not an equivalent.

    I would try to get a refund for your expansion pack through a game advisor
