I've tried on mine and it looks fine but I have a Nvidia card so can't really compare.
The patch didn't really do much other than make sure CAW works again so I'm a bit stomped why you would have these issues after patching.
Did you change any of the graphics settings ?
I disabled Edge Smoothing and the issue is solved, BUT i need Edge Smoothing.
But it worked with Edge Smoothing before the update ?

Did you maybe also update AMD drivers ? Did you try rolling back to older ones ?
