Sims 3 Hidden Springs

A while back, I purchased the Hidden Springs World while the sale was going on. I spent $10 on it, and after that it won't show up in my actual game. I've downloaded it from the start menu thing, I've also gone in on the Sims and into the tray to download it there. Both times they said it was "already downloaded". Well.. It's lying, and I can't play it. HELP?!
