sims 3 hidden springs

i recently bought the sims 3 'world bundle' expansion pack discs, which includes Monte Vista, and Hidden springs i went to the sims3 website and redeemed my code for the hidden springs and the monte vista so that i could download it to my game, but when i went to 'purchase history', it said that monte vista is free (since i bought it and redeemed the code) but it said that it would cost me sim points to download hidden springs. i tried typing in the redeeming code again but it said it is already used from the time i entered it at first. please help
