When I preordered Island Pardise and it listed all of the "purchases" including Carnaval Costumes, and Island Survival, Barnacle Bay was not included (Despite me preordering). Does this mean I did not get Barn. Bay, or will a code still be emailed to me at a later date?

You should get a code for it. Probably an extra email. Did you check your Spam folder ?
If you didn't get a code, you need to contact customer support
