Sims 3 Island Paradise - Not Downloading!

I purchased Sims Island Paradise a few days ago via Orgin and I still have not been able to dowload it. It gives me this message...

We're Sorry, an error occured while trying to download your game.
Please try again later. [65538:15000]

I re-instlled origin and all my Sims.

I might want my money back if this game doesnt work... Can somone please help?!?
