Sims 3 island paradise digital download problems

last night I got the digital download of Sims 3 island paradise from Amazon- however u have to download it from origin- so I started it last night and it was SLOW! I went to bed and this morning star...

Please check if a program on your computer is interfering with your Origin download. That can be your anti-virus program or your firewall.
