To Whom it may concern, I pre-ordered The Sims 3 Island Paradise on Origion but did not recieve a code for Barnacle Bay nor did the world load automatically with the game. I would apreciate if this error could be rectified. thank you.
I still have not gotten the code for my free Barnacle Bay. Can Some one Help! Also I never got the Survival Pack.
I had the same issue with the limited edition items. What I did was, I I went back to redeem codes and I typed in the code that they sent to my email for the limited edition stuff with Island Paradise. Although I figured it would be ridiculous to type in a code that will show up as "has been used already" I did it anyway and I went back to my purchase history and the limited edition stuff showed up. Try that and see if it works. I just took a simple guess and typed the coded back in and it worked for me. I hope it works for you too.
I just finished a live chat with the support staff and they said that it will take 24 to 48 hours for the barnacle bay stuff. Someone else on the forum said log out and log back in to see if it's there. As for the survival pack stuff. They should have sent you a code for that in you email so check your email and there should be a code that you need to enter in on the sims 3 site with redeem codes. If you have trouble with the items showing up for download, try looking at my other response to someone else with the similar question. I hope that helps.

I too have yet to receive BB. It has been more than 48 hours, about 120 to be exact. I've been more than patient, when will we be receiving our codes?
