Sims 3 keeps crashing, I've contacted customer service 3 times and nothing they have told me to do works?

Everytime I launch Sims 3 or any of my expansion packs it keeps crashing. I get the message that SIms has stopped working and will now close. I've contacted EA customer support and nothing they have ...

Save All Information and save the content to a text file on your desktop then copy and paste to here split the whole thing up might take more than one  posting to post all the dxdiag
