@beautyqueen33735 What world are you playing in, and does the game run better in Sunset Valley? Do you use mods or custom content? It's fine if you do, but we need to take that into account, and please temporarily test without it to see whether it helps.
Please also list the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac including the OS and except for the serial number.
@puzzlezaddict Hi, i dont use any Mods or custom content only the original game packs, I only recently downloaded the game and its been like that since I installed it. i spoke with EA customer support who looked at my MacBook specs and seems like they couldn't figure it out I just wanted to see if anyone else had any other ideas
