Sims 3 Launcher Unable to Connect to EA Download Manager

I have the Sims 3 and I just brought new expansion packs a few weeks and I have yet to be able to play them. The Sims 3 Launcher wont Launch my game. It says Unable to Connect to EA Download Manager ...
